Introducing La Capilla Reposado, an artisanal Cocuy made from 100% wild agaves. This Cocuy rests in glass bottles, as our family has done for generations.
Our reposado bottled after aging in our Colonial Hacienda, home to “La Capilla.” It spends 2 months aging in rum barrels before going back into glass to rest for 12 months.
With more notes of jasmine, our reposado is warmer and buttery to the lips on the first sip, followed by the classic smokey taste from our earth ovens.
